Our Mobility Classes are designed to enhance your range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall mobility. The aim of the sessions is to improve posture, reduce risk of injury, and increase vitality.
Our very own ninja, Celia will lead you through dynamic exercises and stretches. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or experienced, everyone is welcome!
